The current trustees of the neighborhood as of 1/1/23 are Scott Vierling (president/chairperson), Linda Operle (vice president/secretary) and Tina McMillan (treasurer). The current grievance council consists of Mark Danner, Paul Henke, Chidu Subbiah, and John Laumann. There is currently one vacant spot on the grievance council. If you are interested in being a trustee, this can be discussed as well. If you are a current resident and would like to volunteer to help out with neighborhood responsibilities, please contact us at southridgepines@gmail.com.
In order to more effectively communicate with our residents, the trustees have created a “Google Group” online discussion board to communicate with homeowners via e-mail. This replaced the former "Yahoo Group", after Yahoo announced that they would retire that product from service in December 2020. If you are a resident and would like join the group, please send an email to southridgepines@gmail.com to become a member and receive communication about the subdivision. We also have a Facebook group for communication. Search for "Southridge Pines Subdivision" on Facebook and click on "join" to become a member of the group.
Pursuant to the Indenture, residents of Southridge Pines pay an annual assessment to cover the cost of subdivision maintenance, trash and recycling service, and other subdivision related expenses. Please visit the “Assessments” page for more info.
If you are considering completing a project on the exterior of your home, please read the Indentures to see if there are rules governing this, or talk to a trustee. Examples of projects would be (but not limited to these) fences, home additions, pools, and sheds. If you need to submit your project for trustee review, please complete and return the Request for Trustee Approval Form. (available in the Downloads section below)
